더치커피와 달고나가 만나다. [ Dutch coffee meets dalgona ]

이렇게 시끄러운 세상 이야기를 잠시 접어두고, 오늘은 간단하게 커피를 마시려고 합니다.

오늘은 예전에 만들어놓은 더치커피와 시럽 대신에 달고나를 넣어 보았습니다.

Today, I put <'dalgona' - 'sugar snacks in korea '> instead of Dutch coffee and syrup that I made before.

달고나 라떼 베이스 달고나 만들기

 

 

더치커피는 오늘로 숙성한지 정확히 2주가 지났습니다.

이제는 마시기 딱 좋은 때라고 생각되었고, 숙성 중인 더치커피를 꺼내어 향을 맡아보니 예상대로 딱 좋은 때였습니다.

잔을 준비하고, 얼음을 넣어줍니다.

더치원액을 그대로 마시면 진할 수 있기 때문에 적당량 넣어 물과 희석하여 드시기를 권장합니다.

참고로 저는 진하게 마시는 편이라 물과 더치를 1:1로 섞었습니다.

 

Dutch coffee is exactly two weeks old today.
I thought it was the perfect time to drink it, and when I took out the ripe Dutch coffee and smelled it, it was the perfect time to drink it.
Prepare the glass and add ice.
It is recommended that you put in a proper amount of water and drink it after diluting it.
For your information, I drink a lot, so I mixed water and a Dutch 1:1.

 

 

 

컵의 윗부분에 달고나를 올리기 위해 공간을 남겨둡니다.

보통 휘핑크림이나 토핑을 얹기 위해 공간을 남겨두는데, 미국에서는 컵에 빈 공간을 '룸'이라고 표현하더군요.

저는 커피에 시럽을 넣지 않는 편인데 오직 더치커피에만 시럽을 넣습니다.

오늘은 이렇게 시럽 대신에 달고나를 넣어줄 겁니다.

 

Leave room for dalgona on top of cup.
They usually leave room for whipping cream or toppings, but in the U.S., empty space in a cup is described as a "room"
I don't usually put syrup in my coffee, but I only put syrup in Dutch coffee.
I'm going to put dalgona instead of syrup today.

 

 

 

보통 라떼에 달고나를 올리는데 이렇게 더치커피에도 잘 어울리는 듯 합니다.

마셔보니 시럽을 넣었을 때와는 다른 더치커피 맛이 느껴지는데 생각보다 좋습니다.

달고나가 왠지 만능 시럽이 될거 같은 느낌이 드는군요.

 

I usually put dalgona on a latte, but it goes well with Dutch coffee.
After drinking it, I can taste a different taste of Dutch coffee than when I put syrup in it, but it's better than I thought
I feel like dalgona is going to be an all-around syrup.

 

 

 

비쥬얼적으로도 나쁘진 않습니다.

토핑을 많이 올려도 얼마 지나지 않아 녹기 때문이죠.

조금 남은 달고나는 잔을 흔들어주면 금새 녹아듭니다.

 

It's not bad visual either.
Because it melts soon after you put a lot of toppings on it.
Shake the remaining glass of dalgona to melt quickly.

 

 

 

가끔은 이렇게 커피 내리기 귀찮은 날에 미리 만들어 놓은 더치커피를 이용하여 쉽게 커피를 마실 수 있어 좋습니다.

또한 더치커피는 아메리카노와는 전혀 다른 맛을 보여주기에 같은 원두로 다른 맛을 느낄수 있어 매력적인듯 싶습니다.

술을 좋아하시는 분들에게는 맥주나 소주에 더치원액을 조금 넣어 흑맥주나 커피소주를 만들어 드시는 분들이 계시는데 꽤 맛이 좋다고 하니 애주가분들에게도 더치커피를 권합니다.

 

Sometimes it is good to drink coffee easily using Dutch coffee made in advance on a day when you don't want to drop coffee like this.
Also, Dutch coffee is very different from Americano, so I think it is attractive because it tastes different with the same beans.
For those who like to drink, there are people who add a little bit of dutch juice to beer or soju, and they say it tastes pretty good, so I recommend dutch coffee to their favorite drinkers.

 

 

 

 

오늘은 이렇게 만들어 놓은 더치커피로 간단하게 커피를 마셔보았습니다.

달고나도 미리 만들어 놓고 몇일 동안 먹을 수 있기에 여유있을때 미리 만들어 놓는것도 좋은 듯 싶습니다.

이웃 구독자님도 자녀분들과 달고나를 같이 만드는 재미도 느낄수 있어서 좋은 시간이 되시는듯 싶더군요.
