[물생활] 새로운 물식구 베타와 애플스네일 [Beta and Apple's new waterworks]

지난번 CRS 새우 포스팅에 이어 이번에는 새로온 식구 베타와 애플스네일에 대해 포스팅하려 합니다.

Following the last CRS shrimp posting, we're going to post about our new family beta and Apple's Nails.

[물생활] 새로운 CRS 식구들을 데리고 왔습니다.

 

 

■ 베타 [ Betta ]

얼마 전 새로 베타 2마리를 데려왔습니다.

수컷과 암컷인데 색상이 화려하죠.

하지만 베타라는 물고기는 어항에 한마리씩 키워야 하는데 그 이유는 같은 공간에 두면 한마리가 죽을때까지 싸우기 때문입니다. 그래서 이런 특성을 이용해서 해외에서는 베타를 '투어' 목적으로 키우기도 한답니다.

 

I just brought two new beta devices.
Male and female, colorful.
But Beta has to raise one fish in a fishbowl because if you put it in the same place, it will fight until one dies. Therefore, using these characteristics, Beta is raised for 'fighting fish' purposes overseas.

수컷은 암컷에 비해 화려한 색을 가지고 있고, 지느러미도 크고 화려합니다.

지느러미를 바짝 세우면 마치 꽃이 활짝 핀듯한 느낌도 듭니다.

수컷은 눈이 전체적으로 검은색이어서 귀여운데, 암컷은 반쯤 감은 듯한 눈이 항상 화가 나 있는 듯한 모습입니다.

 

Males have a more colorful color than females, and fins are big and colorful.
If you raise your fins up close, it feels like flowers are blooming.

Male eyes are cute because they are black overall, but female eyes look angry all the time.

베타는 '룹통'이라는 베타전용 아크릴통에 넣어주었고, 편하게 쉴수 있도록 스킨답서스도 넣어주었습니다.

베타는 독특한 것이 물고기이면서도 폐로 숨을 쉬는 어종이어서 수시로 수면 위로 입을 내밀어 숨을 쉰답니다.

그래서 베타를 키울때에는 산소기포기 같은 것을 설치하지 않아도 됩니다.

 

Beta put it in a beta-only acrylic container called Ruptong, and she put in a skin-addresser to relax.
Beta is a fish, but also a fish species that breathes with its lungs, so she often puts her mouth to the surface and breathes.
So when you're growing Beta, you don't have to put oxygen bubbles in it.

 

 

베타는 워낙 다양한 색상을 가진 개체가 많다보니 베타만 전문적으로 키우시는 분들도 계시고, 전문매장들도 있습니다. 어느때부터인가 국내에서도 다양한 색상의 개체를 만들어 내기 위한 매니아분들도 생겨나고 있습니다.

저는 그 정도까지는 아니지만 관상용으로 예쁘고, 좁은 공간에서도 제약받지 않고 쉽게 키울수 있다는 장점 때문에 키우게 되었습니다.

집에서 물고기를 키우고 싶은데 공간이 부족하거나, 여러가지 제품 설치 및 관리가 어려우신 분들에게 추천할만한 열대어 입니다.

시중에서는 가까운 대형마트에 가시면 플라스틱 컵안에 한마리씩 있는 베타를 쉽게 보실 수 있으니 직접 보고 구매하시거나 인터넷으로 구입을 하셔도 됩니다.

 

Beta has so many different colors, so there are people who specialize in beta and there are professional stores. From some point on, there have also been maniacs in Korea trying to create objects of different colors.
I grew it because it is pretty for visual purposes and can be raised easily even in small spaces.
If you want to raise fish at home but lack space, or if you have difficulty installing and managing various products, I recommend this tropical fish.
You can easily see Beta in a plastic cup if you go to a large mart nearby, so you can see it in person or purchase it online.

 

 

 

■ 애플스네일  [ Apple Snail ]

그리고 애플스네일도 데리고 왔습니다.

애플스네일은 우렁이 종류인데요.

전체적으로 노란색을 띄고 있어서 많은 분들에게 귀여움을 받고 있습니다.

 

And I brought Apple Snails.
Apple Snails are a type of worm.
Overall, it's yellow, so it's loved by many people.

 

 

 

새우어항에 먹이찌꺼기등을 청소시킬 목적으로 데리고 왔는데 수초바닥을 뒤집고 다니느라 어항상태가 엉망이 되어버렸습니다. 

 

I brought them to the shrimp port to clean up the food waste, but the fish tank was ruined because I was flipping over the bottom of the water.

 

 

 

베타가 들어있는 룹통 안에도 애플스네일 한마리씩 넣어주었습니다.

청소용으로 넣어주었는데 먹는것보다 배설하는것이 더 많더군요.

베타들도 처음에는 신기한듯이 쳐다보다가 지금은 무관심으로 바뀌었습니다.

 

I also put an Apple Snail in the loop barrel with Betta in it.
I put it in for cleaning, but it's more excrement than food.
Betta started looking at it strangely, but now they're turned into apathy.

 

 

 

지금은 애플스네일이 배설하는 양이 많다보니 따로 키우고 있습니다.

나중에 번식을 시키기 위해서인데 알을 낳게 되면 관련 내용 포스팅하도록 하겠습니다.

 

오늘은 이렇게 새로운 물식구 베타와 애플스네일에 대해 포스팅해 보았습니다.

집에만 있다보면 이렇게 가끔 물멍타임을 보내면서 힐링을 하는 재미도 느낄 수 있습니다.
